What occurs if an order is canceled in my store?

If you haven’t activated automatic payments on Cloprod, your imported order will not be processed until payment is made. This means you have the option to manually cancel the order at any time before payment is completed.


If your order status is "Paid," you can still cancel the order and receive a full refund.


However, if the order status has changed to "In Production" or any subsequent status, you will need to contact our customer service team for further assistance and to explore possible solutions.
