COMMON QUESTIONS

Know what happens before you begin.

No. You can order samples, blanks or custom products directly from the catalog and cart. A store connection is only needed when you want to publish products and manage connected-store orders.

Cloprod currently supports Shopify and Etsy connections. You can connect a store from your account, publish saved designs and manage the resulting products and eligible orders from the store workspace.

No. Apparel can be ordered one piece at a time, which is useful for samples and print-on-demand sales. Custom hang tags, packaging bags and woven labels are separate brand-inventory products with a 1,000-piece minimum.

Eligible orders are brought into your Cloprod workflow. You review the product, address and order details, resolve any required actions, and complete payment before the order enters production.

You design and pre-purchase the brand assets first. Cloprod stores that inventory for you. When you select available assets for an apparel order, we apply them during fulfillment and charge the corresponding service fee.

Available methods depend on the delivery country. The rate is calculated from the products, quantities and configured weight in the actual order, so you can compare delivery options before payment.
