To ensure the best print quality, please make sure your uploaded files meet the following requirements:
1. File Size:
- Each image should not exceed 50 MB.
2. File Format:
- Supported file formats are PNG and JPG.
- If your design includes transparent pixels, we highly recommend using the PNG format.
3. Image Resolution (DPI):
- The image resolution should be at least 75 DPI, but we recommend a resolution of 150 DPI or higher for optimal results.
- A higher DPI ensures that the details in your design are printed clearly and without pixelation.
Additional Tips:
- If the DPI is too low, the design may appear pixelated when printed.
- While 150 DPI is generally sufficient, if your image contains intricate details, a higher DPI (such as 300 DPI) will ensure even better print quality.
Review and Adjustment Process:
- We will review your uploaded files to ensure they meet our printing standards. If we detect any issues that may result in poor print quality, we will contact you in advance to make the necessary adjustments.
- You will have the opportunity to adjust the file until it is ready for print. However, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will proceed with production using the original file.
